We spend so much time sorting through an excessive amount of information – emails, instructions, text messages, to-do lists, nutrition labels – that we sometimes forget to stop and appreciate the wisdom of mere words. So, go ahead, take the time to inspire yourself to be the best you can be. Reread that Mother’s Day card from the kids. Pick up your favorite paperback (the one you haven’t read in 10 years). Post a motivational quote on your mirror. They may only be words but, to someone, they are a heartfelt memory – or just what is needed to tackle a case of “the Mondays.”
